Senate sitting on 290 bills already passed by House

Republicans in the Senate are playing games in order to win some short-term political points and win a long-term battle to claim that government doesn't work by obstructing everything. There are currently 290 bills that have been passed by the House that is sitting in the Senate. Most of these haven't been moved on because of Republican stalling and obstructionist tactics.
